PRICING

Pricing is reviewed from time to time to ensure it remains fair and reflective of the care and support provided.

Before any booking is confirmed, I offer an approximate 20-minute consultation, free of charge. This can take place by telephone, video call, or in person (where appropriate) and is simply a chance for us to talk things through, ask questions, and see whether working together feels like the right fit for you.

Decluttering and organising sessions are usually booked in 3-hour sessions, unless otherwise agreed. I understand that everyone’s circumstances are different, and I’m always happy to discuss flexibility where possible.

Session Rates

  • £40 per hour, Monday to Friday (based on a minimum 3-hour session)

  • Weekend sessions are available and may be charged at a higher rate
     

Booking Fee

To secure your booking, a booking fee equivalent to one hour’s session rate is payable at the time of booking. This will be deducted from the total cost of your session.​

Travel & Mileage

  • Travel is included for locations within a 20-mile radius of OXDO’s postcode (OX15 0..).

  • For journeys beyond 20 miles, mileage will be charged at 45p per mile for the additional distance. 

  • Where travel time exceeds 40 minutes each way, a modest travel time charge may apply. Any additional costs will always be discussed openly and agreed with you in advance.

Optional Additional Services

Additional services can be arranged, which may incur an additional cost, such as:

  • Follow-up accountability calls

  • Charity shop drops

  • Sourcing storage solutions

  • Assisting with building/dismantling furniture 

 

Please note, I do not have a commercial waste licence, so I cannot take rubbish away with me. I can help you book a skip, load your own vehicle, or find a licensed professional to assist with waste removal.​​
